Cargo Digital Hub gives business partners greater control across the shipment journey with tools for account management, flight schedule search, quoting, booking and tracking. With the enhanced digital experience and Manage Booking features, shipments can be managed and modified in real time with greater transparency. For freight forwarders, our APIs integrate directly with Cathay Cargo systems, providing  seamless access to real-time inventory, pricing, and bookings.

Cathay Cargo is pioneering the adoption of IATA’s ONE Record technology, becoming the first airline to provide customers with real-time Customs clearance updates for greater visibility and efficiency. Within Cargo iQ, new handling milestones – Freight Into Warehouse (FIW) and Freight Out of Warehouse (FOW) – are now tracked, delivering enhanced performance assurance across Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area, and supporting greater standardisation and collaboration across the air cargo supply chain.
