Cathay Cargo’s team in Penang, Malaysia, held its Top Agents Award Dinner in June to recognise leading customers for their support. The event at the Olive Tree Hotel welcomed almost 40 top cargo customers.

Anna Choi, Country Manager Malaysia and Brunei, started the dinner by thanking guests for their dedication to the cargo business in Penang. She also highlighted some of the latest developments regarding Cathay Pacific’s expanding network, service frequencies and products.

During the evening, awards were presented in two categories. The Top Agents Awards honoured the top 15 agents for their dedication to Cathay Cargo in 2018, while the Top Cargo Products Performance Awards acknowledged agents for their contributions to specific products.

Joining Anna to hand out the awards and congratulate the winners were Siddhant Iyer, Regional Head of Cargo, South East Asia; Justin Cheong, Area Cargo Manager Malaysia; Kennedy Chung, Port Manager Penang; and John Paul, Cargo Manager Penang.

Games, quizzes and a lucky draw added extra moments of fun to the event, and the evening wrapped up with a karaoke session.
