The striking picture above was taken at the Cargo Top Agents’ Award Ceremony 2017, which was held recently at The Deck, Cathay Pacific’s newest lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. The awards recognise the top cargo agents for their support over the past year.

Paul Loo, Chief Customer and Commercial Officer, welcomed the guests by thanking them for their contribution to Cathay Pacific’s cargo business. He highlighted that their efforts were a crucial factor in Cathay Pacific Group’s strong performance in the second half of 2017.

The Awards featured four categories. The Rising Star Awards recognise agents with significant growth and the Business Partner Awards acknowledge partners with particular strategic significance. The Outstanding Route Performance Awards thank agents for their extraordinary support to Cathay on a particular route and the Top Agent Awards recognise the top 25 agents by their contribution to the business.

Paul was joined by Ronald Lam, Director Commercial & Cargo, and Nelson Chin, General Manager Cargo Commercial, in congratulating winners and handing out the awards.
