The Greater Bay Area: a market of millions

The Greater Bay Area (GBA) is a major city cluster in the Chinese Mainland for advanced manufacturing, cross-border e-commerce and other export activity. It is also home to 86 million consumers, creating strong demand for high-quality imported goods, particularly premium perishables.

Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), the aviation gateway for the wider GBA, Cathay Cargo offers extensive intermodal connectivity via air, land and sea, and connects this economically significant region to more than 100 destinations worldwide.
