All acceptance and handling procedures are in full compliance with both IATA and local standards and animal logistics requirements.

Cathay Cargo can also provide horse stalls and pet kennels on request.

As a network airline, our sales teams can assist with documentation and import/export requirements at both origin and destination, as well as any transhipment documentation and requirements at our Hong Kong hub.
