11 February 2021
In view of the Hong Kong SAR Government’s announcement of new crew quarantine measures last week, with effect from 20 February 2021 our Hong Kong-based pilots and cabin crew are required to undergo 14 days of hotel quarantine plus 7 days of medical surveillance when they return to Hong Kong after being on duty.
Our freighters will operate the usual, reduced schedule for the Lunar New Year soft period from 14-20 February and changes due to the crew quarantine measures will take effect from 21 February.
Today we have commenced adjustment of our schedule from 21 to 28 February. The adjustments are summarised in the table below.
We are also actively managing our crew resources to plan for our flight services for March 2021 and will share updates as soon as possible.
Further updates will be posted here by 18 February.
Your patience and understanding are appreciated. Our local teams are working to provide options to customers whose cargo is affected. Please contact your local Cathay Pacific Cargo sales office for assistance.
