Cargo crew quarantine exemption extended

The Hong Kong SAR Government has announced that the quarantine exemption applicable to Hong Kong-based cargo aircrews flying to countries categorised as ‘high risk’ has been extended until October 31. Cathay Pacific Cargo flights continue to operate as scheduled.

We are hopeful that this exemption will remain effective beyond October. This will remain dependent on the continued success of ongoing mitigation efforts to ensure there are no cases of COVID-19 amongst aircrews entering Hong Kong. We will share an update in the event of any changes to these regulations.
